Admissions:

​

Minimum age for admission to Music & Dance classes is 6+ years.  A suitable voice and physical fitness are pre-requisites for admission to the Vocal Music and Dance classes respectively.  Students seeking admission will have to visit the admissions office in person for an interaction session beforehand.

Fees:

​

Details of the fee structure can be enquired from the office.  Classes shall commence once the student completes the admission formalities and pays the full fee. All Fee and Other Dues once paid are not refundable. 

​

In case of absence by the teacher, arrangements will be made to provide a substitute class. However, if the student  misses any class, for any reason whatsoever, the Institute is not liable to provide extra classes. In case of a national/ public holiday falling on the class day, to the extent possible, the Institute will try to provide an additional class, but is not liable for the same. There will be no adjustment in fee in any such cases.

Class Decorum:

​

Only students are allowed inside the classrooms at the designated class time. Parents, visitors and escorts are not allowed to sit inside or disturb the classrooms, or roam around beyond the designated seating/ dispersal area. If the parents wish to enquire about the child's progress or have any query, they can connect with the front office for the same.

​

All students are required to follow the dress code and carry the required study material in each class. Students are recommended to carry a water bottle for their personal use in each session. Use of mobile phone is not allowed during class hours and it has to be kept on silent or switched-off mode. Any audio or video recording in the premises is strictly prohibited. Personal belongings have to be guarded by the students, parents and visitors themselves. The institution or its staff will not be held responsible for any loss.

Air conditioning in classrooms shall be provided only from the month of May till August end only. In case of any power failure/ AC or electricity breakdown, there will be no substitute class or any kind of adjustment in schedule/ fee or any other charges in any such cases.

Examination:

​​​

Classes and examinations for Classical Vocal Music and Kathak Dance are conducted in Hindi language only while Bharatnatyam Dance and Guitar classes and examination are conducted in English language. Reading and writing proficiency in the mentioned languages is a pre-requisite for any student to appear for any level examination.

 

​Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for the student during one calendar year, preceding the month of filling the examination form to be eligible for any level examination. Minimum age limit to be eligible for Visharad level examination is 14 years. All students have to clear the mock/ internals/ practice tests in due course as indicated/ communicated from time to time, to be eligible for the final examination. Management reserves the right to admission to examination level in case any eligibility criteria is not met or the student/ parent conduct is found inappropriate.

Certification:

​

Only the final marksheets/ certificates of the formal final examination undertaken by the student at each level shall be provided. In case of external examination of any boards or colleges or any other institutes, only the certificate/ marksheet of the same will be provided. No other certification or letter of completion/ verification is provided by the Institute for any course at any level.
